The work ethic you and your workers
exhibited throughout the planning and
construction is evident in your
workmanship. From selecting the right color
to the kinds of striping and electrical
outlets and total functionality of the
vehicle to fit with our needs as a rural
fire district and our budget you made sure
that it all came together. You further
assisted us in coming to the station to
orientate our officers on one night and the
rest of the cadre on a second night.

Gentelmen,
We were a little leary, to say the least when we received your bid on the remounting of our squad. After Mark and Larry visited your shop and saw some of your work and talked to you, we decided maybe you could do the job. After delivering the squad to your shop, Carolyn, Mark and Larry tried to tell us what it would look like, and it was hard to imagine the finished product. When Bill and Larry brought it home, we were all surprised and delighted it turned out so well. It was hard to believe that this was the same unit taken to your shop. The work your people did was just excellent. On top of that, you had it done when you said you would. You listened to what we wanted and made some good suggestions. We were all happy with the squad.
The squad made it back in time for the Labor Day Festival and a lot of good comments were made by some of the residents of our township. Most people think we bought a new squad.
We would like to thank all of your people for doing such an excellent job on our squad. You should be proud of these people. If this vehicle is an example of the quality of work you put out, you should have some well satisfied customers.
After dealing with your company before, during, and after the remounting, we will always be thankful we went with your bid. Any time we can tell someone about your company, you will always get an excellent review.
